Sutli Kebab | Recipe

Ingredients for Sutli Kebab:

Meat (Beef) 1 kg
(kidney)
Pistachio powder 5 gm
Kebab chini 5 gm
Masala,chilli powder 2tb spn
Coriander 2tb spn
Gorom masala
Saffron 2.5 gm
Salt

Method Of Preparation(Cook):
01. Make a mince of the meat and the fat and pass through the mincer for 10-12 minutes until becomes a fine paste.
02. Now, add the spices to the mixture and mix finely.
03. Skewer onto a rounded wooden stick covered with a sutli/ thick thread and cook over a charcoal grill until done.
04. After cook it finely remove thread and serve
