Coffee macadamia cubes recipe:

Ingredients for 20 cubes

10 gelatine leaves
½ l coffee
50 ml macadamia syrup
50 g sugar
200 ml cream
50 ml espresso
1 sachet vanilla sugar

Preparation:

Soak 7 leaves of gelatine in cold water for 5 min. Brew the coffee and dissolve the gelatine in it. Stir in the macadamia syrup and sugar. Line a baking tin with cling film and pour in the coffee mixture. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours. Soak 3 leaves of gelatine. Heat the cream, espresso and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatine in the mixture. Cool to lukewarm, pour over the coffee jelly and chill for 6 hours. Remove from the tin and cut into cubes using a warm knife.
