Sausage tomato soup

Ingredients: 

 

2 cans peeled tomatoes
1 pack of sausages
1 can of chickpeas

-cook the tomato cans, till it thickens. Spice it with>
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper and black pepper each, 1 crushed garlic clove
– simmer for 5 minutes, add the fried sausages, cut in pieces and the can of chickpeas

– simmer, on low heat, for 10 minutes. The soup will have thickened some more.

– if you want, u can now thin it a bit with some chicken stock or plain water. Or just keep it as thick as it is.
